Her career began in healthcare, where she managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and helped launch Oregon’s first new hospital in over 30 years. From there, she expanded into cross-industry consulting—guiding growth, change, and efficiency across sectors including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.

Sarah holds an MBA, a PMP certification, and several other specialized credentials that reinforce her practical, results-driven approach. In 2021, she founded H. Wilde Consulting to help organizations—from Fortune 500s to single-member LLCs—clarify their goals, streamline execution, and lead with confidence.

Steve Wilson is an experienced quality and compliance leader with over 15 years of expertise supporting organizations in regulated and high-accountability environments.
